Abstract

Abstract. The article discusses the influence of the "inverted class" model, enhanced by artificial intelligence tools in teaching English as a foreign language, on mastering the lexical stock. The focus on three-stage learning, which is based on independent repetition using artificial intelligence after lessons, recognizing new vocabulary before class, actively using it in the classroom in a semantic context, rather than the model of memorizing words a traditional lesson. The methodological basis of the study was a comparative analysis of the works of Kazakhstani and Russian researchers published in 2023-2025, systematization of the didactic activities of digital tools and pedagogical design of Model tasks for the EFL lesson. The result of the analysis showed that artificial intelligence is more productive as a means of connecting pre-training, level adjusting training, instant feedback and interval repetition than as a separate technology that automatically "trains" vocabulary. In the practical part, samples of identifying new words from the text, creating context, conducting a microdiologue with AI-chat,comparing incorrect answers, forming an individual dictionary map snd deferred verification were presented.
